This is real easy.  Just follow these steps: 1. Get the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. 2. Download these PDF files:   Instructions | Model p.1 | Model p.2     ( Notes for Internet Explorer users) 3. Print those files, then paste onto stiff paper 4. Cut and Fold!
