Pepakura Designer supports some major file formats such as LWO, 3DS, OBJ, STL, KML and so on. But it is very difficult to fully support all formats. Data created by other CG software sometimes causes loading error.

We now open "Data Inquiry Window" in order to resolve these problems.

If you have any problem with loading data created by your CG software, please send the disputed data to the email address in the following Data Inquiry Window. We will inquire into the sent data, and use it to develop Pepakura Designer updates.

When you send e-mail, please understand the following:
  • Input "Problem of data loading" as e-mail's subject.
  • Since this window is opened for the purpose of collecting problematic data, we will not reply individually. If you want to send a question for reply, send to User Support.
  • We will use the sent data only for Pepakura Designer problems' inquiry, not for other purposes.
  • Please attach problematic data to the e-mail and tell us the following information:
    • OS in use
    • Software name (version name) in which you created data
    • Content of problem
    • Screen shot of created 3D data (if possible)
  • - The size of attached data should be no larger than 1MB.
  • - The attached data should be simple so as to make problem clear.
