Creating an opening

To switch the editing mode to [Hole], select the Edit Hole icon in the toolbar or choose [Edit]-[Edit Mode]. Create the contour of the hole to be cut out with left-clicks of the mouse. (The editing mode toggles between Edit Contour and Edit Hole modes with [Ctrl]+[Space].)

When the hole's contour is completed, that part is folded back down and the hole is complete.

You can check your work by hiding the edit plane ([Ctrl]+H).
